Synopsis:

Several years after Ryutaro Asada's departure from Meishin University Hospital, the hospital has been in rapid decline due to Takeo Noguchi's (Ittoku Kishibe) scandal and a rise of lawsuits due to the poor quality of new surgeons. The new dean of the university, Shoko Kito (Mari Natsuki), calls a press conference and states the hospital will be rebuilt with an emphasis on education & clinical research. During this time in America, Akira Katou (Izumi Inamori) successfully transplants a young woman's heart which astounds his foreign professors and on a battlefield Ryutaro Asada treats a bomb injured woman.

A patient, who fell off of a motorcycle and into a river, is brought to the ER of Meishin University Hospital. Doctors Noboru Ijyuin (Teppei Koike) and Takehiko Kihara (Tetsuhiro Ikeda) perform surgery, but are about to close the chest of the patient due to their inability to help the patient. This is when Ryutaro Asada walks into the ER. He orders the doctors to continue with the surgery and with the help of Ryutaro Asada are able to save the patient. In the viewing room Shoko Kito & Akira Katou watch the entire procedure.

Akira Katou visits the hospital where Keisuke Fujiyoshi (Kuranosuke Sasaki) works and persuades him to complete the regenerative medical research back at Meishin University Hospital. A rumor starts to spread that the Meishin University Hospital's Team Medical Dragon will be revived, even though Dr. Monji Arase (Sadao Abe) refuses to step into the operating room due to an incident that occurred a year ago.

By Keisuke Fujiyoshi's request, 17-year-old Yukina Sugatani (Nanami Sakuraba) is hospitalized at Meishin University Hospital. Yukina suffers from a rare heart disorder and all the other hospitals diagnosed her condition as untreatable. At this time, Noboru Ijyuin works as the training doctor for newly arrived Dr. Fuyumi Makara (Mitsuki Tanimura). Noburo takes Fuyumi to Yukina's room and explains possible treatment options. Yukina asks the doctors whether she can be cured and the doctors don't have an answer.

When the day of Yukina's surgery is decided, Ryutaro Asada explains to Yukina that her survival rate is 70%. Yukina is stunned. Noboru Ijyuin tells Ryutaro Asada that his statement to Yukina can open the hospital to a lawsuit. Ryutaro Asada responds that the letter of consent is not what binds a doctor and patient, but rather trust ...

Synopsis:

Seiji Take (Kazunari Ninomiya) is a young man who quits his job after working for only 3 months. He has no dreams, no will and zero money. When his mother falls ill due to depression, Seiji is then forced to take a part time job at a construction company. He believes his job is just temporary and acts distant with his co-workers. Seiji then meets on site-supervisor Manamai Chiba (Karina) whose personality is the polar opposite of Seiji's. They have disagreements at first but become more understanding of each other. Through his work Seiji's outlook on life starts to change and he starts to rebuild his life.

Synopsis

Synopsis
Keima Katsuragi, a second-year high school student, is an avid dating sim gamer. He is known on the Internet as "The Capturing God" for his legendary skills to be able to "capture" any 2D girl in games. However, in his actual school life, Keima is known as otamegane, a derogatory portmanteau of the two words otaku (オタク) and megane (メガネ-"glasses").

At the start of the series, Keima receives an e-mail offering him a contract to "capture" girls. He accepts what is thought to be a challenge, and a demon from Hell nicknamed Elsie appears. She asks for his cooperation to help her in catching the runaway spirits. These spirits hide themselves inside the girl's heart, and Elsie suggests that the only method to force the spirits out is by "capturing" their hearts—making them fall in love. Appalled by the idea, Keima refuses after clarifying to Elsie that he is only interested in "capturing" 2D girls and that he detests reality. Nevertheless, with the contract already accepted, Keima would have to help Elsie no matter what; if they fail, both Elsie and Keima would lose their heads.

Synopsis
Kyousuke Kousaka, a normal seventeen-year-old high school student, hasn't gotten along with his younger sister, Kirino, in years. For longer than he can remember, Kirino has ignored his comings and goings and looked at him with spurning eyes. It seemed as if the relationship between Kyousuke and his sister, now fourteen, would continue this way forever.

One day, however, Kyousuke finds a DVD case of a magical girl anime entitled Hoshikuzu Witch Merle (Stardust Witch Merle), which had fallen into the entranceway of his house. To Kyousuke's surprise, inside the case is a hidden adult video game titled Imouto to Koishiyo! (Love with Little Sister!). Kyousuke attempts to fish out the culprit who dropped the case by bringing up the topic of magical girl anime at the family dinner table. All that comes out is a strong negative reaction from his parents, especially his anti-otaku policeman father.

That night, Kirino bursts into Kyousuke's room and, in perhaps the first conversation she has initiated with him in years, says they "have things to talk about." Kirino brings Kyousuke to her room and shows him an extensive collection of moe anime and lolicon bishoujo games she has been collecting in secret.

Synopsis:

Chiaki Shinichi (Hiroshi Tamaki) wins he prestigious Platini International Music Competition and becomes the new orchestra conductor for the Le Marlet Orchestra. Chiaki then goes with Frank (Eiji Wentz) to observe the orchestra and is astonished by their poor performance. It seems due to lack of funding the orchestra lost many of its members & the interest of its audience.

Meanwhile, Nodame (Juri Ueno) prepares for a graduation exam at her music school. She is happy that Chiaki has finally become a conductor and becomes even more enthusiastic when Chiaki asks her to play Ravel's "Bolero" with the orchestra. But, her excitement soon turns to disappointment when Son Rui (Yu Yamada) takes her part in the "Bolero" performance. Nodame tries to hide her disappointment from Chiaki.

The performance itself turns out to be a bomb. The audience laughs while Chiaki tries to do his best. Chiaki thinks back to his first practice with the S Orchestra and his teacher Franz Strezemann (Naoto Takenaka).

Nodame attempts to comfort Chiaki after the performance, with Nodame and Chiaki eventually deciding that they will make the next one a success. Chiaki holds an audition for new members in his orchestra, while Nodame takes care of the promotional activities.

Finally, the performance is set to begin. The concert hall is packed thanks to Nodame's efforts. Nodame is excited about the performance, but also has an uneasy feeling as well. Chiaki then takes the stage, holds his conducting baton in the air and ...

Synopsis:

Synopsis:

Kyoko Odagiri (Satomi Ishihara) is a beautiful and charismatic clairvoyant. She is also popular and admired by her fans. Today, Kyoko appears on a popular tv show and display her psychic abilities alongside a popular actor. Her performance goes off splendidly with the audience applauding her performance enthusiastically.

Unlike her splashy public persona Kyoko is actually an ordinary girl with a timid personality. Her public persona is actually a creation by Kyoko's cousin Kaoru Ibushi (Yuko Oshima), who is also the president of an entertainment company that represents Kyoko. Furthermore, Kyoko is forced against her will to perform by Kaoru Ibushi. Sometimes Kyoko attempts to runaway when she has to perform, but is brought back back an black suited organization hired by Kaoru Ibushi.

One day, Kyoko runs away and hides in the men's bathroom. There she meets Ichiro Taniguchi (Shosuke Tanihara). Right away she asks Ichiro Taniguchi to help her runaway, but he keeps quiet when the black suited men show up. When Kaoru gives her intimidating orders to return, Kyoko quietly goes back to work. Strangely enough, she then crosses paths with Ichiro Taniguchi wherever she works. Ichiro Taniguchi then helps Kyoko Ogagiri solve mystifying paranormal problems.
