This drama tells a story about Shinonome Mei (Eikura Nana) who was an ordinary school girl, in the beginning. But, her life was changed after her parents died in an accident and suddenly Shibata Rihito (Hiro Mizushima) came to the rescue as her butler. Rihito told her that actualfather was the expected successor of Hongo family, but he left his family 19 years ago. So, she was a heir of her grandfather who is the president of the largest company in Japan, Hongo Cooperation and she had to enroll Saint Lucia Girl's Academy, the premiere school in Japan for daugthers of elites for her training to be a qualified person who inherit Hongo family.
Once she entered the academy with her butler, Rihito, her life was changed dramatically. Plus, her classmates despised her and she met Lucia (Yamada Yu), who was considered as a proper lady there. But, Mei began to get trust from people around her because of her kindness, perseverence and tenderness. At one point in the episode, the fact that the Lucia' real name was Hongo Shiori or in other words, she was an adopted daugther of Mei's grandfather made Mei shocked. Moreover, that Rihito was once Lucia's butler made her evenmore uneasy.
As the time passed, her feeling towards Rihito grew. But, the was a policy in that academy for not to have a love history with your butler. Because of that, Mei couldn't express her feeling to Rihito. And also Rihito's feelings seemed couldn't be predicted as he served Mei because her grandfather told him to do so (Shibata family only serve Hongo family) or because his feeling itself.
This drama is full of one-sided love..Shibata Kento (Sato Takeru) who was Mei's childhood friend and also Rihito's younger brother loves Mei. He also enrolled Lucia's Academy as a butler in order to stay close to her. Lucia or Hongo Shiori actually loved Rihito. She hate Mei the most because her previous butler, Rihito, the one she loved left her and became Mei's butler. She believed that Mei is the reason Rihito left her. In addition, Shinobu (Mukai Osamu), Lucia's butler, seemed to love Lucia. But he will do anything to make Lucia happy, eventhough it make him feel very sad..
It is kinda hard to expect how the ending will be. I am waiting for episode 10 !!!!
